Sourdough Hot Cakes

Sourdough Hot Cakes
3 cups sourdough
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup liquid or melted shortening
3 eggs
Mix thoroughly, then add 3/4 tbs moistened soda and fold in gently.

    I have a couple of corrections here. Add 1 tsp salt. And it's 3/4 TEASPOONS baking soda, not tablespoons. That would be icky.
