Eggnog Cookies

Eggnog Cookies

1 1/2 cups sugar

3/4 cup butter

1/2 cup eggnog

1 tsp vanilla

2 large egg yolks

2 1/4 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Cream sugar, butter eggnog, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add two mixtures together beating at a slow speed, do not over mix. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 300 F for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen small cookies.
