Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
3 cups finely grated carrots
1 cup nuts
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
Cream eggs, sugar, oil. Add carrots and nuts and set aside. Mix flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Combine two mixtures and beat well. Put into large pan and bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. 
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
3 tsp water
2 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar
Mix well and use to frost cake
