Dad's Chili

2 C. pinto beans (pick out the rocks, rinse, and boil until tender- 1 1/2 - 2 hours)
Let then sit for a while and then drain and wash them.
Add a quart of tomatoes- juice and all, chili powder, cumin, cilantro, whole or powdered red pepper, onions, and garlic. Let simmer for a while.
